How to know if my order was well recorded?

A confirmation is sent to you by email at once at the end of your order. For reasons independent from our will (saturation of the servers of messaging of the operators, the break of link between the server of the bank and our server), it can sometimes set a little of time. If you do not receive the email of confirmation of order, refer to the section " My account " upper right of our homepage, then " to follow my orders ", you can visualize  your orders there.
