Loyalty points of my order are not credited on my account

There can be several reasons there:

 

1) Points loyalty gained thanks to a order are credited on your account in expiration of the deadline of return with the order is 7 working days as from delivery date. Consult your account once this expired deadline, points will be credited.

 

2) The order does not credit points loyalties because it already benefits from a promotion: pay, promotion or codes reduction...
